Creating Happy, Productive Social Enterprises
Hosted by E3M and Happy Ltd
20th September 2018 | Happy’s training centre, Aldgate
A one-day seminar for leaders and senior team members in social enterprises
Happy Ltd and E3M are delighted to hold this one-day event at Happy’s training centre in Aldgate, central London.
A positive workplace culture is key to long-term social enterprise success. Studies show that workplace cultures where people feel motivated and fulfilled are more productive, have lower sickness and higher staff retention. At this seminar you will hear from speakers who have created great workplace cultures and how they did it, and will go away with practical ideas to put into place straight away.
The Creating Happy, Productive Social Enterprises seminar will be engaging, interactive and fun. You will talk and meet with at least two dozen people from the social enterprise sector – all committed to creating great organisations to work for.

"Imagine a workplace where people are energized and motivated by being in control of the work they do. Imagine they are trusted and given freedom, within clear guidelines, to decide how to achieve their results. Imagine they are able to get the life balance they want. Imagine they are valued and held accountable for the work that they do, rather than the time they spend at their desk. Wouldn’t you want to work there?"
